Sunrise presenter snaps up gorgeous waterfront home
One of Channel 7’s up and coming TV presenters has just purchased a beautiful home in Berowra Waters on the NSW north coast.
Weekend Sunrise presenter Matt Doran, along with his fiancé Kendall Bora, have invested into their first home together in the Hornsby Shire.
The small waterfront enclave rests on a “sunny corner” of the street and the couple paid $1.75 million for it.
The home, built in 1905, was originally a schoolhouse, and was sold for $1,005,000 back in 2002.
The four-bedroom property doesn’t have electricity, however power comes from a generator.
Doran won’t be the only Aussie TV presenter to live around the waterfront neighbourhood.
Larry Emdur, who is host of The Morning Show, recently added to his real estate portfolio – a shady, peaceful home located in nearby Neverfail Bay.
