Orange and poppyseed cakes

When it comes to sweet treats, you simply cannot beat something that is infused with oranges. Yum!

Ingredients:

• ½ cup plain flour
• 1½ cups soft Icing sugar mixture or, icing sugar, sifted
• 1 cup almond meal
• 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• Zest of 1 orange
• 6 egg whites, beaten lightly
• 150g melted butter, cooled
• 1½ tablespoons marmalade, optional
