Banana and chocolate crepes

These sweet banana and chocolate crepes are so easy to make, the hardest part will be avoiding seconds… or thirds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ a cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ¼ cup of water
  • Extra butter

Topping

  • Melted chocolate/Nutella
  • 1 banana
  • Ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix milk, eggs and butter.
  2. Add flour. Mix. Add water. Mix. The mixture should be runny to make your crepes thin.
  3. In a pan, heat butter. Pour batter and allow to cook until golden.
  4. Remove from pan onto plate. Spread chocolate/Nutella over half. Slice banana and arrange over half.
  5. Fold un-topped side over, creating a sandwiched half circle. Drizzle with more chocolate and serve.
