Delicious glazed ham

Whether you’re preparing for a big family meal or just want to try something new for your Sunday roast, this easy-make ham glaze with set your meal apart.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (510g) IXL Breakfast Marmalade
  • ¼ cup (60ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze thickens slightly.
  3. Pour into a sterilised jar and store at room temperature.
