Mini potato gratin

These miniature potato gratins are so simple to make, and look wonderful on a plate. Wafer-thin slices of potatoes with minimal seasoning and a dollop of cream make these a slightly naughty treat, but one that’s definitely delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes (we prefer russet)
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper
  • Thickened cream
  • Butter, at room temperature
