Pink sangria

Pink sangria

Juicy and sweet, this pink sangria is the perfect mid-summer cocktail.

Serves: Six

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons or 3 limes
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, halved lengthwise
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 750ml rosé
  • 50ml orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 600ml lemonade

Method:

  1. To begin, juice an orange and a leomon. You’ll need 1/ 2 cup of and 1⁄4 cup lemon juice.
  2. Pour the juice into a large serving jug then slice the remaining citrus.
  3. Add the sliced citrus to the jug, along with all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir until combined then serve immediately.
