Gogglebox stars make exciting announcement

Matty and Sarah Marie Fahd have announced that they are expecting their first child together.

The Gogglebox stars, who tied the knot in January last year, shared the news in an Instagram post. “[Sarah] and I are so incredibly excited to announce that we are expecting our first human son this November,” Matty wrote on his account.

In a separate post, Sarah revealed that she is now “starting to feel more myself” in her second trimester after experiencing three months of morning sickness.

“I know we are blessed to be pregnant and I pray for all of those out there that are trying to also start a family,” she wrote. “We can’t wait to meet our baby boy.”

Ash Barty announces surprise return to tennis

The reality TV couple rose to fame when they first appeared with their friend Jad Nehmetallah on Gogglebox’s sixth season in 2017.

“Since sitting on the couch, Sarah and I have enjoyed so many memorable milestones, but creating this little boy is something else,” Matty told news.com.au.

He said their British bulldog Bane, who also features regularly on the popular TV show, “has already started acting like a protective big brother” around his pregnant wife.

“We are happy to report that [Bane] is already sensing a change and is on his best behaviour as he prepares to become a big brother.”
