“Invisible suffering”: Bella Hadid opens up about painful health battle

<p dir="ltr">Bella Hadid has shared a raw update to her fans, giving them further insight into her “painful” health battle with Lyme disease.</p> <p dir="ltr">On Sunday, the model took to Instagram to share a series of photos of her ongoing health battle, including photos of her medical records.</p> <p dir="ltr">“The little me that suffered would be so proud of grown me for not giving up on myself,” she began in the caption.</p> <p dir="ltr">She then thanked her mum, Yolanda Hadid, "for keeping all of my medical records, sticking by me, never leaving my side, protecting, supporting, but most of all, believing me through all of this”.</p> <p dir="ltr">She then continued to say that since contracting Lyme, her symptoms have gotten worse over time and it’s taken a toll on her in ways that are difficult for her to explain, but remained positive despite it.</p> <p dir="ltr">“To be that sad and sick with the most blessings/privilege/opportunity/love around me was quite possibly the most confusing thing ever,” she added before reassuring fans not to worry and that she is “okay”.</p> <p dir="ltr">The model also noted that despite her painful health battle, she “wouldn’t change anything for the world” and would go through it all again, as it has shaped who she is.</p> <p dir="ltr">“The universe works in the most painful and beautiful ways but I need to say that if you are struggling- it will get better,” she added.</p> <p dir="ltr">Bella also said that despite “almost 15 years of invisible suffering” she is grateful for the experience, and has so much “gratitude for and perspective on life” that has made her able to spread ”love from a full cup” and “truly” be herself.</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF; House of Hope: Fresh start for Kelly's kids

<p>Gold Coast mum Kelly Wilkinson, who tragically passed away two years ago, has left behind three young children between the ages of two and nine.</p> <p>Her life was cut short in April 2021, allegedly at the hands of her estranged husband, Brian Earl Johnston. The horrific incident resulted in Kelly's body being found badly burned in her Arundel home's backyard, while Mr Johnston was discovered nearby with severe burns to his hands and airway.</p> <p>Since then, Kelly's children have been under the care of her sister, Danielle Carroll, and her husband Rhys. The Carroll family, along with their five children and Kelly's three kids, have been living together in a cramped four-bedroom house, where living spaces were converted into sleeping quarters. The challenges of accommodating such a large family in limited space have been immense, and at times, they find themselves with five people sharing a single bed.</p> <p>However, their situation took a positive turn when businesswoman Tamika Smith, a relative of Mr Carroll, heard about the tragedy and decided to lend her support.</p> <p>The founder of My Bella Casa and Top 100 Women launched a campaign called "I Stand With Kelly" shortly after Ms Wilkinson's passing. While the loss of their mother is deeply felt, the children are constantly surrounded by love and care from their extended family.</p> <p>Kelly's kids have not forgotten their mother, and though they miss her dearly, they understand that she is no longer with them.</p> <p>“They know she’s gone," Mrs Carroll told A Current Affair. "They constantly say that they miss her. Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise’s eldest daughter makes rare appearance

<p>Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman’s eldest daughter has shared a rare video of herself in a post to her social media on Wednesday.</p> <p>Bella, 28, shared a clip of herself watching the England play in the Euro 2020 match.</p> <p>“My face during extra time … fingers crossed,” she wrote in a caption the short black-and-white video along with an emoji of England’s flag.</p> <p><img style="width: 500px; height: 281.25px;" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/7842363/bill-cosby-2.jpg" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/50f79b6b30804c5abf6e5271a1207040" /></p> <p>Bella was seen with a nose ring and rocking a winged eyeliner look with her natural curly hair.</p> <p>The last time we saw the eldest daughter of Cruise and Kidman, she’d been sporting a short, blonde hairdo.</p> <p>The former couple are both notoriously private with showing their children to the public, and it’s a trait Bella has adopted in her own life with most of her posts to her social media page being of her art.</p> <p>Kidman has spoken freely about Bella’s choice to join the Church of Scientology, telling Who magazine, “They are adults. Bella Cruise makes exciting announcement

<p><span>Bella Cruise, the famous child of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, has made the exciting announcement that she has launched a clothing line.</span></p> <p><span>The 25-year-old has called her clothing line ‘Bella Kidman Cruise’, paying tribute to both her mum and dad who adopted her in 1992.</span></p> <p><span>When Nicole and Tom split in 2001, the kids lived with their dad and embraced his controversial religion, leading many to believe there was no contact between the kids and Nicole.</span></p> <p><span>In 2006, Bella attended Nicole’s wedding to Keith but in 2015, at Bella’s own wedding to Max Parker, neither Tom or Nicole were present. Nicole Kidman finally recognises Bella and Connor in new speech

<p><span>On Monday night, Nicole Kidman accepted the Glamour Woman of the Year award.</span></p> <p><span>This win gave the Aussie actress the perfect opportunity to publicly acknowledge her two eldest children, Connor and Isabella Cruise.</span></p> <p><span>Bella, 24, and Connor, 20, were adopted by Nicole and Tom Cruise during their 11-year marriage.</span></p> <p><span>After Nicole’s divorce from Tom in 2001, she left the Church of Scientology and Bella and Connor stayed. Reportedly, this situation had put a strain on their relationship.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span><img width="499" height="375" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/45808/1_499x375.jpg" alt="1 (44)"/></span></p> <p><span>During Nicole’s 2017 Emmy’s speech, she was criticised after forgetting to acknowledge her two eldest children as she referenced her two daughters with Keith Urban, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.</span></p> <p><span>But this time, Nicole used her Glamour win to acknowledge all of her children.</span></p> <p><span>"I have four extraordinary children," she said in her speech.</span></p> <p><span>Nicole also thanked her “feminist mother” and her “caring, loving" father for making her who she is today.</span></p> <p><span>Nicole also acknowledged Keith and all the love and support he has given to her.</span></p> <p><span>"He gives me so much strength at times and he gives me so much love," she gushed.</span></p> <p><span>“I’m very, very fortunate and I know so many people in this room don’t have that, but I do have it and I want to acknowledge it because as much as I’m a strong woman, I need help and I need support."</span></p> <p><span>Nicole also took a moment during her speech to discuss the importance of supporting each other in the industry.</span></p> <p><span>“I think tonight we’re here to celebrate the phenomenal contributions that so many people in this room are giving to the arts, to culture, to exploration, to human rights. Bella and Connor are furious at Nicole Kidman

<p>Hollywood star Nicole Kidman’s two adopted children, Isabella and Connor Cruise, are furious at their mother after she opened up about them during interviews in the lead up to her new movie, <em>Lion.</em></p> <p>The film is based on a true story about an Australian couple whose adopted son from India sets out to find the family he was separated from as a child.</p> <p>Kidman and her ex-husband, Tom Cruise, adopted Bella and Connor in the 90s, during their 11-year marriage.</p> <p>“I have adopted children and so this is sort of a love letter to them,” Kidman said.</p> <p>However, New Idea reports Bella, 23, and Connor, 21, are seething at their mother.</p> <p>“Bella and Connor have made their peace with the fact that Nicole left them the day she left Tom, so to hear her using them for publicity is infuriating,” a close source revealed to the magazine.</p> <p><img width="500" height="600" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/28117/1474509073716_kid-1_500x600.jpg" alt="Nicole Kidman (2)" style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"/></p> <p>Ever since Kidman and Cruise divorced, the Aussie actor’s relationship with her adoptive children has been rocky.  </p> <p>Kidman has said in the past that she wants to be closer to Connor and Bella.</p> <p>“They live with Tom, which was their choice,” Kidman told Hello! magazine in 2010. “I’d love them to live with us, but what can you do?”</p> <p>“I’ve chosen not to speak publicly about Scientology,” she told Vanity Fair in 2013. “I have two children who are Scientologists — Connor and Isabella — and I utterly respect their beliefs.”</p> <p>Kidman married Keith Urban in 2006.
