Samantha Armytage offloads incredible Southern Highlands cottage

Sunrise presenter Samantha Armytage has offloaded her idyllic Southern Highlands cottage for an eye-watering $3.1 million.

The breakfast show star previously purchased the gorgeous five-bedroom home in Burrawang for $2.2 million back in 2017.

Armytage has been selling properties off left and right, and her country cottage quickly follows after she sold off her Bondi home for $3.15 million back in July.

Other than changing her country home’s name from Pear Tree Cottage to Churchill, there was no development application registered for the picturesque abode.

The regional property boasts a generous five large bedrooms.

One of the rooms is even fitted out with an en-suite bathroom.

The living area also has its own delights with a modern open plan and sunlight that streams through the windows during all hours of the day.

The regional retreat also has a wrap-around veranda and is surrounded by lush green lawns and trees on the two-hectare property.

It's not clear where Sam is now living, but the assumption remains that she will be spending her days with her fiancé Richard at his Berrima estate.

The journalist announced her engagement to Richard on Sunday, June 21.
