<p>Mike Tindall, the husband of the late Queen’s granddaughter Zara Phillips, has shared the deeply embarrassing mistake he made at wife Zara's 30th birthday party.</p> <p>Tindall who is currently appearing on the popular British TV show I’m a celebrity …. Get Me Out of Here!, recalled the infamous blunder where he “slut dropped” at his wife’s 30th birthday party,.</p> <p>The birthday bash was ‘70s-themed, he recalled: “I was dancing on the dance floor, I had like flares on, full outfit but it was quite tight, nothing ever fits – rugby player’s bum and legs – so I was dancing with my mother-in-law and I did a sl*t drop in front of my mother-in-law,” he said.</p> <p>“Ripped my trousers, straight in front of her. It happened to be that the boxers that I had on at that time said ‘nibble my nuts’.”</p> <p>“As I’ve turned round, she’s gone, ‘I’d rather not.’ I’ve gone, ‘I’m going,’ and walked off,” he added.</p> <p><iframe title="YouTube video player" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/dnx-fDxStI0" width="560" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe></p> <p>Mike married Zara in 2011 and the couple have three children together. “It’s a massive coup”: Royal’s new TV role

<p dir="ltr">Mike Tindall is reported to be taking part in the new season of Australia’s <em>I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!</em></p> <p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.thesun.co.uk/tv/20077486/im-a-celebrity-first-royal-family-member/?utm_source=sharebar_app&amp;utm_medium=sharebar_app&amp;utm_campaign=sharebar_app_article" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Sun</a> reported that the husband of Princess Anne’s daughter Zara, will be heading to Australia to appear on the show. </p> <p dir="ltr">"It's a massive coup. Mike has had a box seat for some of the most important moments in royal history for generations,” a source told the publication.</p> <p dir="ltr">"He is sure to be discreet, but his sheer presence means this series will be an absolute must-watch."</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!</em> Is due to hit the screens in November and the lineup will be announced closer to the launch date.</p> <p dir="ltr">If rumours are true that Mike will be appearing on the show, it will make him the first royal to sign up for the long-running programme.</p> <p dir="ltr">Others however have compared Mike’s move to Meghan Markle’s previous role in the huge Netflix series <em>Suits</em>.</p> <p dir="ltr">This prompted a response from renowned UK journalist Piers Morgan who pointed out that the Tindall’s were never working royals. </p> <p dir="ltr">"There will be some who sneer today that Tindall shouldn’t be degrading himself by taking part in a TV reality show and comparing him to royal renegades Meghan and Harry, who quit Britain and royal duty to ruthlessly exploit their titles for massive commercial gain in America,” Piers wrote.</p> <p dir="ltr">"But here's the difference: the Tindalls have never been working royals, had any royal titles, or received any public money. Happy Birthday! Princess Anne turns 72

View from the hot seat: Mike Tindall's insight into Prince Louis' antics

<p>Going down as one of the most memorable moments from The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, Mike Tindall has revealed the reason behind young Prince Louis' cheeky behaviour.</p> <p>Tindall says the four-year-old prince had "complete sugar highs" during the Jubilee Pageant on Sunday after consuming handfuls of sweets behind the scenes.</p> <p>In full view of the world's media, Prince Louis was seen putting his hand across his mum's mouth, trying to shush her as she attempted to tell him to sit still, making a funny face and blowing a raspberry in her direction.</p> <p>Kate swiftly put Louis' hand down, before he did it again with his left hand.</p> <p>The little prince was excited throughout the parade, running up and down the seats, pulling his cousin's hair and eventually jumping onto his grandfather Prince Charles' lap, for a quick break.</p> <p>Tindall was photographed jokingly warning Louis that he was watching him from the seats above.</p> <p>Two days earlier Prince Louis stole the show during Trooping the Colour, pulling a series of funny faces as the rest of the royals watched a flypast of aircraft from the palace balcony.</p> <p>Tindall, also revealed the Queen's grandchildren and their families enjoyed a private lunch after Trooping, describing it was one of his highlights from the four-day celebrations.</p> <p>He spoke about the Jubilee and Louis' mischievous antics on his podcast, The Good, The Bad and The Rugby.</p> <p>"Louis, he was just wanting to have fun, and my two [daughters] are always mischievous, so it was trying to keep a lid on," Tindall said.</p> <p>"There was a lot of sweets out back, though, so they had complete sugar highs. It's tough for them. They're all young, so asking them to sit, because it was two 'til five or whatever, it's a long time.</p> <p>As any parent knows, you just do whatever needs to be done."</p> <p>Tindall was seated directly behind the Cambridges at the Pageant with his wife Zara and their children Mia, eight, Lena, three and Lucas, one.</p> <p>Prince William and Kate later joked about their youngest child's actions, writing on social media, "We all had an incredible time, especially Louis".</p> <p><em>Image: Getty</em></p>

Queen attends christening of her great grandsons despite recent injury

<p dir="ltr">Queen Elizabeth II has attended the joint christening of two of her great-grandchildren in Windsor despite recently<span> </span><a rel="noopener" href="https://oversixty.com.au/health/caring/queen-elizabeth-ii-releases-message-after-back-sprain" target="_blank">spraining her back</a>.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Queen was photographed being driven to the All Saints Chapel near the Royal Lodge on Sunday afternoon, where the joint christening of Princess Eugenie’s son August and Zara Tindall’s son Lucas was taking place, in what is believed to be the first joint royal christening.</p> <p dir="ltr">Princess Eugenie and husband Jack welcomed their first child, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank in February, while Zara Tindall and husband Mike welcomed their third child, Lucas Philip, in late March. ‘Vulnerable’ woman murdered on morning walk

<p>A woman has been molested and killed during her regular morning walk in Auckland and New Zealand Police have already arrested one man in the murder investigation.</p> <p>The body of Lena Zhang, also known as Lena Zhang Harrap, was found in an area of bush on Wednesday afternoon in the Auckland suburb of Mt Albert.</p> <p>The 27-year-old, who has Down Syndrome, was reported missing just hours earlier after leaving her home. She left her home around 6.30 am to go for her regular walk to Ōwairaka Domain but never returned.</p> <p><strong>Suspect will appear in court today</strong></p> <p>A 31-year-old man will appear in court today faced with the murder and sexual violation of Lena Zhang.</p> <p>New Zealand Police said they received a significant amount of information from the public following an appeal they made to the public after Zhang’s body was found, to help identify a person of interest they were trying to locate in relation to the murder.</p> <p>Police had uncovered photos of the “person of interest” via CCTV footage. At the time he was wearing a blue jumper and had been captured on CCTV near the area where Lena’s body was found on Wednesday morning.</p> <p>As a result of this appeal and the use of CCTV footage, this man was found in a vehicle in Papatoetoe - around 20km away from Mt Albert - at 1.30 am on Thursday and was arrested.</p> <p><img style="width: 0px; height: 0px;" src="/nothing.jpg" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/0c976aa1225549908cd0156d8ee74c41" /><img style="width: 500px; height: 281.25px;" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/7844362/lena-person-of-interest-um_blurred.jpg" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/0c976aa1225549908cd0156d8ee74c41" /></p> <p>Detective Inspector Aaron Pascoe said police hoped news of the arrest would provide some reassurance to the local community.</p> <p>Police were not currently seeking anyone else in relation to the murder, however enquiries continued into the investigation with a fresh appeal for sightings of a car.</p> <p><strong>Zhang’s family and the community are devastated by her death</strong></p> <p>Detective Inspector Aaron Pascoe said Zhang’s family are understandably devastated by her death.</p> <p>“Lena was a young lady, she was small in stature, she was vulnerable,” said Inspector Pascoe.</p> <p>He added she was a “loving and caring person” who was raised to be independent.</p> <p>“Whoever the offender or offenders are, they’ve targeted a vulnerable member of our community which is just appalling,” Pascoe said.</p> <p><strong>StarJam pays tribute to Lena</strong></p> <p>StarJam, an organisation which uses music, dance and performance to connect young people with disabilities, have paid tribute Lena saying she was a "true Jammer".</p> <p>A Facebook post said: “For over 12 years, Lena has been a true Jammer in Auckland Magic Movers and more recently the Central Alumni All Stars; greeting everyone with her infectious smile, genuine heartfelt support and inviting her fellow Jammers up to join her Spot the Talents. Lena, you will always be in our hearts – our thoughts go out to your family and friends.’”</p> <p>Ella Stuart who worked at StarJam said Lena brought a special touch of magic to the stage: "It was such a privilege to know Lena - she was always so enthusiastic with everything she did and her love of dancing was truly wonderful to watch. Bathroom floor for royal baby number three

<p>Zara and Mike Tindall have welcomed another child together, a little boy named Lucas Philip Tindall.</p> <p>The Queen and Prince Philip are "delighted" Buckingham Palace has said.</p> <p>The proud new father confirmed the details in his podcast The Good, The Bad &amp; The Rugby, announcing his wife gave birth at home on Sunday, March 21 at 6pm.</p> <p>"Arrived very quickly - didn't make it to hospital - on the bathroom floor," he said, in the first podcast announcement of a royal baby.</p> <p>"Crazy weekend, wasn't it? Saturday, lovelocks all the rugby. Obviously Scotland, absolutely, actually I was genuinely angry after the England game.</p> <p>"And then Sunday got even better because a little baby boy arrived at my house."</p> <p>A spokesperson for the couple also confirmed the news, saying, "Zara and Mike Tindall are happy to announce the birth of their third child, Lucas Philip Tindall."</p> <p>The name is a nod to Mike's father Philip and Zara's grandfather, Prince Philip. This is the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh's tenth great-grandchild.</p> <p>Buckingham Palace released a statement on behalf of the Queen and the Duke, saying they are "delighted" by the news.</p> <p>They "look forward to meeting their 10th great-grandchild when circumstances allow", a spokesman added.</p> <p>Mike told his podcast co-hosts a friend helped them welcome the 8lbs 4oz (3.74kg) tot at their home on the royal Gatcombe estate in Gloucestershire.</p> <p>"Zara's friend Dolly is, she's actually more important than I am at making sure she's been at every three of my children's births — she was there and recognised that we wouldn't have got to the hospital in time, so it was run into the gym, get a mat, get into the bathroom, get the mat on the floor, get the towels down, brace brace brace!" he said</p> <p>"Fortunately the midwife that was going to meet us at the hospital wasn't that far away so she drove up, got there just as we'd assumed the position, and then the second midwife arrived just after the head had arrived!"</p> <p>This is the third child for the couple, who are already parents to Mia, born 2014, and Lena, born 2018.</p>

Royal baby: Zara Tindall expecting third child!

<p><span>In happy news, Zara Tindall is pregnant with her third child.</span><br /><br /><span>The royal’s husband Mike Tindall, 42, announced the wonderful news on a podcast he hosts, <em>The Good, The Bad &amp; The Rugby.</em></span><br /><br /><span>Her Majesty and Prince Philip are both “delighted” by the announcement.</span><br /><br /><span>Mike said: “It’s been a good week for me, had a little scan last week. I then had another miscarriage really early on,” she said in an interview in<em> The Sunday Times.</em></span></p>

Queen's grandson spotted in bizarre Chinese milk ad

A replica of a horse-drawn royal carriage pulls outside the home and then a butler approaches Phillips.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the ad he is described as “British Royal Family member Peter Phillips.”</p> <p>“Bright Dairies has got a fantastic reputation all over China and outside of China as well, for producing high quality dairy products,” Mr Phillips says in a separate, behind-the-scenes video.</p> <p>“As children, we used to spend a lot of time down at the dairy. There was a herd of Jersey cattle at Windsor and we were brought up on it.</p> <p>“And it was always much fuller of flavour, much creamier, than other milks that we had growing up. Zara, 38, is a champion equestrian who also earns a comfortable living as an ambassador for luxury brands, including Rolex and Land Rover, while Peter is the managing director of a sports and entertainment agency.</p> <p>The ad has been released in the midst of a huge debate surrounding both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex who recently announced their intention to step down from their position as senior royal to seek a more “private life” and generate a private income.</p> <p>Buckingham Palace announced that the couple would no longer formally represent the Queen nor be able to use their HRH titles.</p> <p>However they will remain the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as it was titles given to them as a wedding present by the Queen.</p> <p>They have also already applied to trademark their Sussex Royal brand.</p> <p><img style="width: 500px; height: 281.25px;" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/7834094/peter-phillips-2.jpg" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/97cd0a1731404f54bdca126ad86d92c7" /></p> <p>The couple already have the username Sussex Royal on their website and Instagram account, which has 11 million followers.</p> <p>The trademark will allow Prince Harry and Meghan to release their own personal line of branded products, including books, calendars and clothing, in the future.</p> <p>The couple are rumoured to also be moving into content creation and could possibly sign deals with the likes of Netflix or do further work with Disney.</p> <p>Thomas Woodcock, a senior adviser to the Queen, told <a href="https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/news/queens-aide-warns-harry-and-meghan-against-sussex-royal-title-rx0nj7f9w"><em>The Times</em></a> on Tuesday that he didn’t believe the name <em>Sussex Royal </em>was right to keep.</p> <p>“I don’t think it’s satisfactory. One cannot be two things at once. You either are [royal] or you’re not,” he said.</p> <p>Royals must be meticulous in making sure they’re not seen exploiting their royal connections or tarnishing the family’s tightly guarded brand.</p> <p>Mr Woodcock, who is the Garter King of Arms, aids the Queen in being a principal adviser on ceremonial matters and heraldry.</p> <p>He is also part of ensuring that commercial concerns do not make illegitimate use of royal symbols.</p> <p>“It is such unusual times that it is a matter of waiting and seeing how things develop,” he said.</p> <p><em>The Telegraph</em>’s royal editor Camilla Tominey also said she thinks the couple may be asked to rebrand by Kensington Palace who may be averse to idea of Harry and Meghan keeping <em>Royal </em>in their name.</p> <p>“It remains to be seen whether they’ll be able to keep that royal aspect because for all intents and purposes, they are not carrying out any engagements on behalf of the Queen or their military appointments,” she told <em>ITV’s This Morning</em> program on Monday.</p> <p>“They are keeping their private patronages and their charitable work to themselves as they go off and have this new life in North America.”</p> <p>After a week of intense negotiations with the Queen, Prince William and Prince Charles, Harry was spotted travelling home to be reunited with his wife, Duchess Meghan and their 8-month-old son Archie.</p> <p>They are expected to spend most of their time in North America.</p>

“I hope they don’t get to us!”: Zara and Mike Tindall admit to watching The Crown

“I was uncomfortable”: Zara Tindall explains her strange demeanour at Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s wedding

<p>Over tens of millions tuned in around the world to watch the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on May 19, 2019. </p> <p>However, there is one royal who said she felt “uncomfortable” while sitting on the sidelines watching her cousin wed. </p> <p>Photos of Zara Tindall, the Queen’s eldest grandchild and Princess Anne’s daughter,  painted her looking slightly uneasy during the special service at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle last year. </p> <p>Zara explained the obvious discomfort on her face while talking to <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/family/parenting/zara-tindall-going-back-work-8-weeks-has-made-better-happier/" target="_blank"><em>The Daily Telegraph. </em></a></p> <p>"I was uncomfortable! My bum sort of slid over either side [of the pew] and Lena kicked the hell out of me for an hour," she said of her youngest daughter who was born in June 2018. </p> <p>"It just wasn't comfy at all, and it probably showed on my face."</p> <p>Tindall said she found it particularly difficult to be at ease while during Bishop Michael Curry’s speech, which lasted a little over 13 minutes. </p> <p>"It was just the general amount of time everything was taking," she said.</p> <p>"I think my face was probably caught the point when I thought, 'Right he's going to finish now' and then he went off on another little story and it was like, "Really?'"</p> <p>The royal and her husband welcomed their second daughter a month after the royal wedding, on June 18. </p> <p>Their eldest daughter, Mia, is five and Lena is now 15 months old.</p> <p>The couple sadly suffered two miscarriages before successfully welcoming their second daughter to the world. </p> <p>Zara Phillips is an equestrian and has competed in the Olympics - going on to win silver in 2012. She and former footballer Mike Tindall married in 2011.</p> <p>At birth, Zara was sixth in line to the British throne and is now 18th.</p>

The surprisingly normal way royals plan their get-togethers

<p>The royal family may enjoy the luxurious lifestyle that comes with being born into nobility – but when it comes to sharing news and planning get-togethers, they use the same method as any regular family.</p> <p>In an interview with <a rel="noopener" href="/itv.com/goodmorningbritain/news/mike-tindall-says-whatsapp-group-with-harry-and-meghan-helps-royals-plan-playdates" target="_blank"><em>Good Morning Britain</em></a>, the Queen’s grandson-in-law Mike Tindall revealed that the royal family uses a WhatsApp group to organise their gatherings.</p> <p>“It’s just what you do to try and set up get-togethers, or if we are going to something that is the same,” said Tindall.</p> <p>“If you are going to go, ‘Are you going to take the kids?’ Quite a lot of people have family WhatsApp groups. <p>The British royal family has been hit with the latest craze on social media known as FaceApp. The new app shows users what they'll look like as they get older, as the app ages skin, darkens teeth and lightens hair.</p> <p><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/gallery/what-meghan-markle-kate-middleton-18327910" target="_blank"><em>The Mirror</em></a> put select members of the British royal family through the app, including Duchess Meghan and Princess Eugenie.</p> <p>Many users of the app have suggested that they will age remarkably well, whereas others are unhappy with their results.</p> <p>The photos have quickly gone viral as Prince Harry and Prince William look like their grandfather Prince Philip in the photos. The royal siblings both sport deep-set wrinkles, larger ears and in Harry’s case, a white head of hair and a matching beard.</p> <p>Duchess Meghan, Prince Harry and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge look very different after using the app, but how accurate do you think they are?</p> <p>Fans were quick to compare them to other celebrities and members of the royal family.</p> <p>One Twitter user wrote: "Harry looks like John McEnroe and yes I'm serious :)."</p> <p>Another added: "Tindall looks like Uncle Albert?!!"</p> <p>Scroll through the gallery above to see what the royal family looks like using the filter.</p> <p><em>Photo credit: The Mirror  </em></p>

The heartfelt reason why the royal family wore blue to Royal Ascot

<p>The Duchess of Cambridge made international headlines for her heavenly Elie Saab blue look for the very first day of Royal Ascot.</p> <p>The dreamy ensemble was not the only blue look we saw the royal members flaunt during the annual ceremony – Queen Elizabeth, Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice and Zara Tindall all wowed royal watcher with their striking blue outfits.</p> <p>The strange occurrence is not at all common within the royal family – as two members being seen in the same colour can be considered as a fashion faux pas.</p> <p>In fact, royals make a conscious effort to dress in strikingly different outfits so seeing five popular royal family members rocking the same vibrant colour is an extraordinary and rare event</p> <p>However, it has been revealed the colour choice was on purpose – and indeed for an incredibly heartfelt reason.</p> <p>The colour blue is believed to be a favourite of the Queen’s, as she wears the shade nearly three times more than any other, according to <em>Vogue</em>.</p> <p>The monarch chose to don the hue for 29 per cent of royal engagements in 2012.</p> <p>Royal insiders suggest the beautiful blue tone worn by five royals during Royal Ascot this year is a nod towards their ultimate Queen and grandmother.</p> <p>The colour blue also has history within the British Royal family, as it is a shade commonly associated with royalty, art, military, business and art.</p> <p>Scroll through the gallery above to see the royal family members wearing heavenly blue during 2019 Royal Ascot.</p>

Zara Tindall reveals secret trauma

<p>She welcomed her second daughter Lena in June, but Zara Tindall has revealed she suffered a second miscarriage shortly after <strong><u><a href="https://www.oversixty.com.au/news/news/2016/12/queens-granddaughter-loses-her-baby/">losing her unborn baby in 2016.</a> </u></strong></p> <p>In an interview with the Sunday Times Magazine, alongside her brother Peter Phillips, Zara said the loss happened “really early on”.</p> <p>The Queen’s eldest granddaughter has previously revealed she suffered a miscarriage, but not her secret second heartache.</p> <p>“I think you need to go through a period where you don’t talk about it because it’s too raw,” she said. “But, as with everything, time’s a great healer.”</p> <p>She explained that going through her first miscarriage was tough as the pregnancy had to be made public, as is the rule for descendants of the Queen.</p> <p>“We had to tell everyone and it’s like, everyone knows — that’s the hardest bit,” she said.</p> <p>“That’s why I think a lot of people don’t talk about it because [a miscarriage] can happen early enough or it’s only your group of friends and your family that know.”</p> <p>But when Zara lost her second baby, she and her husband, former England rugby player Mike Tindall, were able to mourn in private.</p> <p>The 37-year-old equestrian said mourning was easier for her when the miscarriage happened earlier on in the pregnancy.</p> <p>“I think a lot of the time you’re lucky if it happens a lot earlier,” she said.</p> <p>“It’s something a lot of families are affected by but then, hopefully, a lot of the stories I’ve heard, they’ve gone on and had more children and they’re very lucky.”</p>
