The unforgettable song between Elvis and Ann-Margret
Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret first met on the set of Viva Las Vegas in 1964. The pair dated after filming the movie, but they eventually went their separate ways with Elvis marrying Priscilla and Ann-Margret marrying Roger Smith. The iconic characters were a seamless match for the film, playing youthful characters infatuated with each other.
The chemistry between the pair is undeniable, especially in the song “The Lady Loves Me”. In an interview with Larry King, Ann-Margret said, “He was terrific. He was just terrific. And he had such great talent that he never had a chance to show. I think he would have been a wonderful dramatic actor.”
