Today’s Sylvia Jeffreys adds very sweet Aussie touch to nursery
Today co-host Sylvia Jeffreys is eagerly preparing for the birth of her new baby boy early next year by adding some special touches to her nursery.
Jeffreys called herself an “organisational disaster” as she has been trying to organise her nursery “for weeks now”.
In order to make her journey into motherhood just a bit easier, Jeffreys enlisted the help of organising expert Anita Birges, who helped make over the nursery.
"Anita's tips are hugely helpful for anyone on the same journey as me," Sylvia told Today Extra.
“Being a first-time mum can really be stressful and overwhelming as you don’t know where to shop,” Birges explained.
“The first three things you have to think of is where you feed the baby, where the baby sleeps and where the baby sleeps.”
Birges quickly got to work, adding more storage space, organising the change table as well as keeping in mind the colour scheme and theme for the room that had been discussed with Jeffreys.
The end result left Jeffreys speechless.
“Get out of town!” Jeffreys exclaimed once seeing the room.
