An irate motorist has captured the moment a Perth driver pulls over to change a flat tyre, putting himself in the path of oncoming traffic.
The dashcam footage shows the driver changing the front right tyre of his car in the middle of an 80km per hour road which is also just before an intersection.
The passing driver can be heard yelling profanities as he drives pasts the blue car, yelling, “That's as dumb as it gets.”

The driver fails to adhere to standard rules when changing flat tyres. He doesn’t find a safe location to pull over nor does he turn on his hazard lights. He also places himself in danger as he is directly in the path of oncoming traffic.
