Shocking moment truck slams into the back of braking car
Dashcam footage has captured the shocking moment a truck driver slammed into the back of a small car, sending it into another vehicle.
The incident occurred in Perth and was uploaded to the Facebook group Dash Cam Owners Australia.
“This is what it's like driving a truck in Perth. People do really dumb things,” the video caption said.
In the footage the car can be seen driving in front of a truck on the busy road, approaching a set of traffic lights.
The truck driver quickly approaches the car and yells, “What the f*** are you doing?”
The truck driver honked his horn a number of times before slamming into the small car, pushing it into another truck.
After the shocking incident, the truck driver then pulled over to the side of the road. The driver of the small car is believed to have been uninjured.
The footage has divided people on the internet over who is at fault in the crash.
One person wrote, “Truck driver should have lent to the left lifting the right side of the truck therefore putting its wheels over the car and avoiding the accident.”
But another user said, “Stupid car driver. Don't brake heavy in front of a truck like that. You should have moved to the second lane as soon as you could near the intersection.”
