Karen Ristevski's daughter to give evidence against father Borce
Karen Ristevski's daughter, Sarah, is reportedly set to give evidence against father Borce, with the daughter revealed as a shock prosecution witness in the murder case.
News.com.au reports Mr Ristevski is accused of killing Karen, who went missing from the couple’s $1.1 million Avondale Heights mansion in June 2016.
Her body was found behind two logs in bushland, eight months later.
The 54-year-old has pleaded not guilty, and at this stage the nature of the evidence Sarah, 22, is expected to give the court is unclear.
This is the first time the public will hear from Sarah since she made an emotional plea for information regarding her mother’s whereabouts in 2016.
Mr Ristevski was charged with Karen’s murder in December, although his defence has argued “deliberately toxic” reporting could prevent him from getting a fair trial.
