The Biggest Loser’s Tiffiny Hall poses with lookalike 61-year-old mum
The Biggest Loser’s Tiffiny Hall has taken to Instagram to share a stunning photo alongside her lookalike mother.
The fitness guru, who is currently holidaying in Bali with her family, posted a poolside photo of her and her 61-year-old mother, showcasing their matching abs.
“Mum and I accidentally bought the same swimmers,” Hall said in the caption, adding, “She’s my #fitspo and has shown me the #happyfit way all my life. She’s 61, a Nanna Ninja and so, so fit (and happy).”
Hall, who has documented her 25kg weight loss since the birth of her first child, son Arnold, has previously spoken about how she was not prepared to sacrifice time with her newborn baby just to get her fit body back as quickly as possible.
Hall gained 30kg during a difficult pregnancy but has in the past said she doesn’t regret “a single kilo”.
