Revealed: What Dave Hughes looks like with new teeth
On last week’s episode of Hughesy, We Have a Problem, comedian Dave Hughes revealed the reason behind his gap-toothed, “meth addict” smile was because of his country upbringing and “too much orange juice”.
But could you imagine Hughesy without his trademark smile? Well, thanks to the magic of Photoshop, we’ve finally got an idea of what that might look like.
In a photo shared to Hughesy and his radio co-host Kate Langbroek’s shared Instagram page, you can see just what the dad-of-three would look like with a fresh set of pearly whites.
“We’ve been busy photoshopping Hughesy’s mouth to see what he’d look like with different teeth,” the caption reads.
But fans weren’t so sure of the 47-year-old’s new look.
“No! You won’t be Hughesy without the gap!” wrote one commenter.
“Just does not look right, Hughesy’s missing teeth are his signature look,” said another.
However, some did think he should go ahead with the transformation, with one fan saying, “No excuse for bad teeth in this day and age, so yes definitely do it Hughesy.”
Others said the new teeth made him look “so much younger”.
