Apple and sultana bundt cake

With cinnamon, nutmeg and apple, the aroma of this apple and sultana bundt cake will have your whole family scrambling for a piece.

Ingredients:

Method:

1. In a large bowl, whisk cream, butter and sugar together. Add jam and stir.

2. Add flour, spices and buttermilk, beating together.

3. Add sultanas, nuts and apple, stirring until thoroughly combined.

4. Pour into 25cm Bundt pan.

5. Heat oven to 175°C. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.

6. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Top with icing sugar and serve.
