Are you making this mis-steak?
Cooking the perfect steak can be tough. Chefs everywhere will tell you there is a right way and a wrong way to do it, when in truth, everyone can enjoy their meal however they prefer.
One father, however, appears to have a strong opinion about how one should eat steak, sharing a photo of how his daughter eats hers with tomato sauce. Something he seemingly wasn't keen on.
"My adult daughter dips her prime filet mignon in ketchup," the dad posted to the 'mildlyinfuriating' thread on Reddit.
The photo sparked a heated debate among Reddit users, with the post gaining over 3,000 comments in less than a day.
"[To be fair] good steak, especially high-end steak, should be able to stand on its own," one person wrote.
A majority of people stood by the daughter's right to eat her meal however she wanted, with many calling out the original poster for being a "food snob".
"I wonder how many times people just eating food the way they like will end up here cause it's mildly infuriating that this sub is just used to shame people for doing stuff they like," one person wrote.
"Steak culture is so damn toxic," another person said.
