Chocolate chip muffins
These scrumptious choc chip muffins will please adults and children alike.
Makes: 12
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cup self-raising flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 ¼ milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line 12 cup muffin tray with paper cases.
- Sift flour into large bowl. Mix sugar and chocolate chips in. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Gradually add mixture to dry ingredients. Gently mix until combined.
- Spoon batter evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
