Cucumber and mint dip
Light and refreshing, this Greek yogurt mint and cucumber dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups of Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of mint leaves, chopped finely
- ½ a cucumber, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve with cut vegetables or as a topping on grilled meats or a wrap.
