Green smoothie bowl with cereal, fruit and nuts

This green smoothie breakfast with cereal, berries, passionfruit and toasted walnuts is like a vitamin pill in a bowl.

Method:

  1. To make the smoothie add the strawberries, avocado, banana, spinach, chia seeds and milk to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, add strawberries and the passion fruit. Stir to combine.
  3. In a dry pan on a med-high heat, toast the walnuts for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool briefly.
  4. To assemble the dish, split the smoothie mixture evenly between two bowls and garnish one side of each bowl with strawberries and passionfruit, breakfast cereal, cranberries and walnuts. Serve immediately.
