Lemon vinaigrette
Don’t buy store-bought dressings when you can whip this one up in no time.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
