Lime mug cake
Zesty and sweet, you won’t believe how easy it is to make this lime mug cake.
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon fresh lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime curd
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except the lime zest in a big microwave-safe mug. Mix with a mini whisk or fork until the batter is smooth.
- Stir in lime zest.
- Cook in a microwave for about one minute, or until spongy. Let cake cool and enjoy within a few hours of cooking.
