Malaysian green bean stir fry
This Malaysian green bean stir fry is a delicious way to add a bit of colour to your mid-week meal schedule. Packed full of flavour, and so easy to make!
Serves: Four
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons AYAM™ Malaysian Sambal Shrimp Paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- 10-15g dried prawns, soaked in hot water until softened then pounded (optional)
- 250g green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoon water
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté the garlic.
- Add the dried prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Shrimp Paste and mix well.
- Add beans, water, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the beans are cooked and well coated.
