Oreo cheesecake pops

A twist on the classic cake pops, these Oreo cheesecake pops are sure to delight kids and adults alike.

Makes: 25

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, Oreos and vanilla essence in a blender until thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and set in the fridge.
  3. Once set, melt chocolate and dip the end of a lollypop stick in it before inserting into the cheesecake ball (this acts as a glue).
  4. Set in fridge again.
  5. When they are cold, cover the balls in melted chocolate before cooling on a baking paper-covered tray.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or shredded coconut etc.
  7. Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
