The crazy mango hack that’s gone viral
Mangoes are a warm-weather treat in Australia, and the presence of mangoes on grocery store shelves often signals the arrival of summer.
In fact, Australians love mangoes so much that in the 2018 to 2019 year, around 11 million trays of mangoes were produced domestically.
However, it seems that mango-lovers have been cutting up the delicious treat all wrong. A new mango-cutting hack has appeared on the internet, and it is genius.
Simply use a knife to slice a mango right around the middle, then twist! However, there is a catch – this trick only works if your mango has a more cylindrical seed, than a flat disc-shaped seed, and it needs to be very ripe.
