Fresh tomato salsa

This fresh and healthy homemade salsa will complement all your favourite Mexican dishes.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Roughlychop tomatoes, chilli and onion.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend a few times so ingredients are finely diced but not pureed.
  3. Place in serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour to let flavours combine.
  4. Serve with your favourite Mexican foods.
