Tuna carpaccio

An elegant dish for any occasion, this tuna carpaccio recipe is sure to delight your guests.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Arrange the tuna slices as desired on a serving dish and season with lemon juice and salt and pepper to season. Let this marinate for 5 or 10 minutes.
  2. Drizzle the bread slices with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, and then place them in a toaster oven with heat on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Drain the olives, cut into rings and mix with celery and thinly sliced basil.
  4. Cover the tuna slices with the little salad you have just prepared and serve with freshly toasted bread.
