Turkey burgers

A tasty alternative to regular hamburgers, these turkey patties are great if you’re trying to cut down on red meat, or if you’re just looking for something a little different.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (best to put on some gloves and get your hands in there for this one).
  2. Shape into six even burger patties.
  3. Fry the patties in a frying pan for about five minutes on each side, or until lightly browned (you could also cook them under the grill).
  4. Lightly toast buns under the grill.
  5. Serve patties on the buns with your favourite burger toppings.
