Channel 7’s Larry Emdur buys stunning property in Berowra Waters
Channel 7 morning star Larry Emdur and his wife, Sylvie have purchased another gorgeous property – this time in the calming Berowra Waters.
Another home away from their Bondi base, the couple snapped up the Neverfail Bay getaway for $1.1 million – a lucky purchase considering the same property had been fetched five years ago for $1.3 million.
The property is an exclusive one and is only accessible by boat.
“The magical bay is much quieter than Bondi,” Emdur told Realestate.com.au’s Jonathan Chancellor.
The architecturally designed home was made in 2013 for an artistic family requiring light and space, multiple creative workspaces.
The gorgeous floors throughout the home feature a stunning polished bamboo.
Not only is it a property facing the river side of Neverfail Bay, it is all able to be seen from inside the property due to the wall being made almost entirely of glass.
