Sad detail in Robert Irwin's split with girlfriend
Robert Irwin and Rorie Buckey have officially called it quits in a joint statement shared on Instagram on Saturday morning.
“We wanted to share that we have decided to go our separate ways but profoundly appreciate all of the time spent together and wish one another all the very best into the future,” the post shared on Buckey’s Instagram Stories read.
“We wish to express the gratitude and respect we have for one another as we continue our journey on different paths.”
The pair have reportedly been dating for over a year, and there were even rumours that Irwin might pop the question when Buckey visits him in Africa while he films I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
But the sad truth is that the pair have split, and fans have noticed that both Irwin and Buckey have deleted all of their photos together on social media.
Buckey has also removed “wildlife warrior” from her bio, made her profile private and disabled the comments on her posts.
Irwin and Buckey made their relationship public last July when they walked the red carpet at the Sydney premiere of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One
The two were first spotted out on a date in November 2022, where they were pictured enjoying a sunset stroll in Queensland.
