“The most Dad thing ever”: Husband tapes over wedding video
A man has been caught out after his wife discovered that their wedding video had been taped over.
In a video shared on TikTok, the couple’s daughter captured the moment her mother realised what her husband had done, as the footage of the wedding cuts to a scene from the TV show Cops.

To add insult to injury, the daughter shared that her mother had wanted to re-watch the wedding footage in celebration of a significant milestone.
“It’s my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary and my mom wanted to watch the tape but my dad taped COPS over it,” user @romijessmaya captioned the clip.
The video then pans over to the husband cringing on the couch and covering his face.

Though the father and daughter saw the humorous side to the situation, his wife appeared unamused and was left feeling “upset”.
The video has been viewed more than 14 million times on the platform and received a mix of responses.
Some commented on the hilarity of the situation, with one user writing, “This is the most Dad thing I’ve ever witnessed”.
“Imagine how nervous he got when your mum said she wanted to watch their wedding video knowing he had taped cops over it,” another said.
A third person shared a similar story of their own, admitting that their father had taped over footage of his wedding with an episode of Power Rangers.
