Better Home and Gardens landscaper Charlie Albone is now in possession of a $2.35 million property in the sunny coastal Sydney suburb of Maroubra.
The 39-year-old seems to want to take on a new challenge this year and he sure is in for one with his latest purchase - red-brick semi home, which is a classic fixer upper.
Both the TV personality and his interior designer wife Juliet Love are both avid renovators and love leaving their own personal touch on homes, including their Ourimbah acreage retreat, which they purchased in 2012 for $840,000, according to Domain.
The couple also showed off their exquisitely styled home back in 2017, with a soft white palette matched with friendly metals and different textures which Juliet explained to Home Beautiful.
