Sam Armytage drops $1.5 million on Sydney apartment

The former Sunrise host has purchased a $1.5 million apartment in a complex in the east of Sydney, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Armytage purchased the 111 sqm two-bedroom apartment having previously sold another eastern suburbs property last year for $3.15 million.
The TV star currently lives with her husband, Richard Lavender, at their home in the Southern Highlands in pursuit of “slow living” and the opportunity to spend “time with [her] precious family and husband and Banjo [her dog]”.
Her purchase of the city property has prompted some to speculate whether she may be returning to work in Sydney media.
