"This is Our House": See inside Bon Jovi’s swanky condo
Rocker Jon Bon Jovi is selling his Manhattan condo for a cool $30.9 million.
The Livin’ on a Prayer singer first bought the four-bedroom apartment - which comes with its own private elevator and garden - in 2017 for $26.6 million.
Boasting stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River through its floor-to-ceiling windows, the 3,951-square-foot condo also includes a Juliette balcony overlooking the city.
The master bedroom comes with an expansive walk-in-wardrobe, as well as a windowed master bathroom featuring white and grey marble on the walls, floor, and surrounding the tub, as well as a glass-enclosed shower and mosaic detailing on the floor (which is also heated).
As well as having multiple generous bedrooms, the condo includes a kitchen that opens out into a breakfast room, a huge living room, and its own gallery at the centre of the apartment.
The condo is located within the exclusive neighbourhood of Greenwich Village, and its new owners will also be able to access The Greenwich Lanes’ fitness centre, 7-square-metre pool, whirlpool, steam rooms and golf simulator.
Whoever gets the keys to the condo will also live with famous neighbours, including Starbucks CEO Howard Scultz and actor Michael C. Hall.
Bon Jovi moved to the condo in 2017 after offloading his duplex penthouse, also in Manhattan, for $22.4 million.
