"When Poppy met Ella": David Koch finally meets his granddaughter
Sunrise TV host David Koch has finally met his beautiful granddaughter Ella, who was brought into this world eight months ago.
In April, Kochie’s daughter Brianna and partner CJ Jayasinghe welcomed their stunning baby girl in Perth.
However though, like many families across Australia, Kochie was unable to visit his sixth grandchild due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The day finally came on Tuesday when Kochie and wife Libby, who both live in Sydney, picked up their West Australian relatives from the airport ahead of Christmas.
“When Poppy met Ella,” he said in a post that featured photos on his newest grandchild.
“Eight months ago, Ella was born in Perth.
“Last night she came home for Christmas.
“And just like the movie, it was love at first sight.”
