Inside MKR's new elimination house
My Kitchen Rules has always been about the drama as much as it’s been about the home cooking, and this latest change to shake-up this hugely popular reality TV show proves this season is going to be no different.
This year, MKR contestants will go head-to-head in the elimination house, a gorgeous Sydney mansion designed to provide the perfect arena for culinary faceoffs. Scroll through the gallery above to take a look inside.
And if the mansion looks familiar, there’s a good reason.
This mansion has been the backdrop for plenty of video shoots including those involving stars like Rebel Wilson, and a season of Beauty and the Geek was also filmed here.
MKR’s judges are bullish about the move to the mansion and Pete Evans and Manu Feildel certainly looked the part as they stepped into the Kenthurst estate.
“It’s always been about home cooking so we’re stepping up to the ultimate home,” Manu said.
“Every time you walking into this house, one team will be going home,” Pete added.
