Shaynna Blaze's $1.3 million Melbourne home SOLD!
Shaynna Blaze has found a buyer for her incredible Melbourne home in Ringwood North, where The Block judge has lived with her family for the last 15 years.
The interior designer listed the property earlier this year hoping to get between $1.19-$1.29 million, and while the sales price was undisclosed, reports suggest the home sold above its quoted range.
The new owners of the property will enjoy touches of Blaze’s design flair with timber floors, new carpets, updated kitchen and bathrooms and a spacious outdoor living area.
Blaze has said the house was designed to focus on “how we live and what makes us feel good on a daily basis,” rather than specific trends.
“The formal rooms, family and kitchen all look out to the outdoor area, so you have this real sense of space and connection to the outdoors,” she said.
