The incredible light installation transforming Uluru

Uluru might just be Australia’s most famous attraction, and for a limited time only there’s another reason to visit this beautiful part of the country.

The Field of Light is a temporary installation from internationally acclaimed artist Bruce Munro that features 50,000 solar powered stems that sway in the breeze.

Named Tili Wiru Tjuta Nyakutjaku by the local community which translate to local Pitjantjatjara, this installation comes to life an night under a starry sky.

For a preview of the installation watch the video above. The installation is closing March 31, 2017. For more information about the field of light, click here.
