Visiting the king penguins of Macquarie Island
A UNESCO World Heritage site in the Pacific Ocean, Macquarie Island is one of the most fascinating places on earth, and a big reason is the king penguins.

A scientific base is the only human population (although it is occasionally visited in local tours), so the island’s king penguins can do as they so wish.
