Chocolate and hazelnut crepe cake

With chocolate hazelnut spread in between, then covered in rich ganache, this show-stopping crepe cake will leave quite the impression on your guests.

Ingredients:                     

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • Spray olive oil
  • 2 x 180g blocks dark chocolate, chopped
  • ⅔ cup thickened cream
  • 3 cups chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Chopped dry-roasted hazelnuts, to decorate
  • Whipped or double cream, to serve
