Nutella cake in a mug
The only thing better than licking Nutella straight from the spoon is eating it in the form of this easy Nutella cake in a mug recipe.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of Nutella spread
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable/olive oil
Method:
1. In a large mug, mix all ingredients together, whisking until smooth.
2. Microwave for 1 and a half to two minutes or until cooked through.
3. Top with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce.
