Frances Abbott’s Valentine’s Day secret revealed
The daughter of former prime minister Tony Abbott has revealed her incredible Valentine’s Day secret, marrying her partner in a ceremony yesterday.
Frances Abbott, 26, and her Olympian partner Sam Loch, 34, who have only been together four months, exchanged vows in a low-key registry ceremony in Melbourne.
The pair had sensationally engaged mid-November after only knowing each other a fortnight.
"Two weeks was all it took to know that forever with you was a mighty fine idea," Ms Abbott has wrote at the time.
Mr Loch was the first one to break the news on Wednesday, noting the family celebration will take place in a couple of months, but adding, “We made it official in the eyes of the law today. We’re the motherf---ing Mighty Morphin Power Rangers of love.”
Ms Abbott posted: “YOU... Happy Valentine’s Day” and “Always and forever”.
