Megan Gale announces pregnancy in the funniest way

Aussie model Megan Gale has announced she is expecting her second child with a hilarious and adorable post to Instagram. The 41-year-old, who is already mum to two-year-old River, shared her rather unorthodox pregnancy announcement yesterday evening.

“Well would you look at that. There’s a bun in my oven,” the Australia’s Next Top Model host captioned the photo. “Not quite ready to take it out just yet. Should be fully baked come spring time.”

It’s undoubtedly an exciting time for Gale and partner of six years, Richmond AFL player Shaun Hampson – even more so considering what the couple have been through. Earlier this year the model revealed she had suffered a miscarriage back in 2015.

“There have been plenty of times in my life I’ve had to suck things up – but this was the most challenging time I’ve had to do that,” she told InStyle. “I came home from having a procedure, hugged my boy for a few hours and had to pack a bag and go. Not being around loved ones was really hard.”
